Gurgaon : Sabla Utkarsh – A meeting of Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank officer organisation & Gurgaon Gramin Bank Workers organisation was held on 14.03.2021 at Gymkhana Club 21C Faridabad in chairmanship of Mukesh Kumar Joshi chief coordinator SHGBOO & GGBWO. A no.of issues related to staff facilities working environment were discussed.A major issues was also discussed which relates to benefit of JAIIB/CAIIB in promotion management has modified the guidelines of above and benefit has been curtailed if passed JAIIB/CAIIB in same cadre under which he is applying for promotion.The move was oppased by all and it was decided to take up the issue with NABARD and government of India It was also decided to submit a demand character to the chairman Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank. This charter will including all the issues which has been raised in meeting including at par facilities, customer service, connectivity issues and day end matters .etc.
