Imp issues discussed in a meeting held by Sh.Pranav Mohanty,Chairman SHGB with Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank officers Organisation…

Gurugram :- A meeting was held between Sh.Pranav Mohanty,Chairman SHGB and Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank officers organisation /workers organisation in presence of BMS. The meeting was attended by Sh.Mukesh Joshi Chief co-ordinator, Sh.Pardeep Garg President SHGBOO, Sh.Punit Verma Gen.Sec.SHGBOO, Sh.Pawan Paswan Gen.sec.Workers organisation , Sh.Madan Lal Kaushik Sr.Vice President BMS haryana and Sh.Padam Singh Finace Incharge BMS Haryana. A warm welcome was extended to Sh.Pranav mohanty in SHGB by Sh.Pardeep Garg on behalf of BMS/SHGBOO/WO which was responded with full warmth. Formal issues were also discussed mentioning the issue of corruption, promotion interview, new selected staff joining, mediclaim policy, Membership option in HRMS ,difficulty being faced by staff in clean OD loan for issue of co-obligent and CIBIL report. It was communicated that all the issues will be taken care in due course. It was also mentioned by Worthy Chairman that strict action will be taken in corruption cases, interview for promotion will be held from Sept.21-25, new staff will be called in next month,mediclaim policy will be assessed as per lines of PNB and the staff loan issue was solved immediately .Issue of non-transfer of PF account of GGB in new account was also mentioned in discussion and due care was assured.A no. of another staff welfare issues was also discussed in a very positive , conducive and energetic atmosphere which will be discussed in detail in next meetings. In the last thanks were extended from both side with the assurance and belief of full co-operation.
